Eric Petterson
Eric Peterson distinguished himself as a student Navigator on our April
1997 Bahamas to Norfolk Ocean Training Cruise aboard Dream Catcher, an
Island Packet 40, by competently navigating through the Gulf Stream, around
Cape Hatteras and on into Norfolk. He and his wife later bought an Island
Packet 35, which they plan to sail south into the sunset. Eric joined Captain
David Appleton aboard Emeila, an Island Packet 350, on a delivery from
Panama City, FL to St Thomas, USVI. Later, he joined with Captain
Appleton two deliveries between New York and the Chesapeake Bay. Eric's
training with us has paid off and he's now beginning to fulfill his sailing
dreams.
