We received this note from Joseph Miller who took an ASA118 Docking class with Captain Frank Mummert in May 2015: ~ Rita.... Captain Frank Mummert was
tremendous: patient, relaxed and allowed us to repeat until we "got
it". His excellence comes from thorough knowledge and a practiced
hand at getting the message across in a calm and practical way. Good humor
helped us a lot! His emphasis on handling the boat at ultra-slow speed and
awareness of the elements were particularly helpful.
