The course was excellent. Just
the right amount of time. Friday night we met and discussed the course/preparartions
over dinner. Each day started with "classroom" time; and then work and
preparation for the day. Nice variety of conditions and experiences- from
reefing the sails to motoring, pulling into a slip vs. anchoring. Great time.
Captain Runals is a great
instructor; kept everyone on track. He maximized the time to give everyone the
opportunity to "work the boat", ask questions, and improve our sailing
skills/knowledge. He gave me a full understanding of what cruising is-
provisioning, conserving water/electric power, weather updates, navigating, and
