Timothy Cavender, who took our ASA101 Basic Sailing Course in September 2015, sent the following comments ~ Captain Don was super! Dividing the group into two groups
was excellent, as I received more individualized attention and practice. No one
was a "know it all", and our small group worked very well together.
Don answered all questions patiently and without making me feel foolish....much
appreciated. This experience enabled me to become comfortable with sailing, and
I look forward to more classes and interaction with this school. I am at a
loss for criticisms or suggestions. Rita made the experience so smooth and I
enjoyed her joining us on a day's cruise! The staff is exemplary!
Absolutely no issues with the boat. It was very clean and comfortable once I
stopped bumping my head!
